This may seem unfair, but this is a necessary process, and is part of the modernisation of Bulgaria.

Whatever you have heard, or read with regard to the re registration of Bulgarian companies, the law, as it stands right now (January 2012) your three year period for re registering your Bulgarian company has passed

My information at the moment is that the Bulgarian government has frozen all Bulgarian companies that have not been reregistred. Did you rereregister your company?

You will have a large bill for the process, and you will loose your property and Bulgarian company assets.

The company assets will be sold to pay the bill.

You will also be charged for the process, you will receive notification in the future probably from a debt recovery company in the UK.

They will recover the full amount for the Bulgarian government.

The deadline for Re-registration has now passed!

The time for Bulgarian company reregistration has been set. Re registration must be completed before December 2011.
