Whatever you have heard, or read with regard to the re registration of Bulgarian companies, the law, as it stands right now (April 8th 2008) is this:

The Accountancy act compels Bulgarian registered companies to announce their annual accountancy report in the commercial register.
The deadline for this is June 30th 2008.
However, the problem with this situation is that a Bulgarian company cannot announce its accountancy report with out re registering the company first!
